Every adventure starts with learning the basics, and the Navigation Workshop – Basic 1.1 (Outdoors) at Cubbon Park, Bengaluru, was designed to do exactly that. Participants were introduced to map reading, map handling, navigation techniques, and the importance of choosing the right route during outdoor activities.

The workshop also included a 3–5 km practical navigation session, where participants applied their new skills in a real environment.
