World Orienteering Week – 2024

To celebrate World Orienteering Week 2024, a special Navigation Workshop and Demo Run was organized at Cubbon Park, Bengaluru. The event welcomed children, adults, and families who wanted to learn the basics of navigation and experience orienteering for the first time.

Participants explored map reading, navigation techniques, and common mistakes before taking part in a 3–5 km demo run. The practical session helped everyone apply their new skills in a real outdoor environment. It was a wonderful way to celebrate World Orienteering Week while introducing more people to the exciting sport of orienteering.
